Preparing carpentry tools and construction materials are necessary in doing tasks in carpentry.
Learners should independently identify the appropriate materials and tools for the task. Also,
answering the request form for materials and tools is important.

5. Enumerate the materials with their description.
6. List the cost per unit and the total cost.
7. Write your name as requisitioner.
8. Secure the approval of authorities concerned.
