Greetings of Peace!

The Department of Education will conduct Festival of Talents. It is an annual activity

that provide students and teachers the opportunity to showcase their talents in the field of
Arts, to ensure and sustain the propagation of the rich culture of our province through
promotion of the Camarines Sur Culture Appreciation Program, a festival of songs, dances
and other allied arts shall be conducted by the Department of Education, Camarines Sur
Division this school year 2022-2023.
In this regard, the Gainza District will be the sponsor for the 2 nd Congressional
District Festival of Talents. Gainza National High School, as the sole secondary school in
Gainza will seek for your assistance in medical and health concerns of the guests and
participants.
With such, may I request from your good office, the following:
1. Presence of some of your staff in Gainza Municipal Covered Court and Gainza
National High School for emergency medical and health assistance.
2. Due to scarcity of supply and expenses for the said activity, may we request
some medicines such as:
a. Paracetamol 500mg
b. Cetirizine 10mg
c. Aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, Simeticone (antacid)
d. Sumilarv
