Rationale

The Grades 9-12 students of Maningcao National High School in coordination of their
parents hereby decided to have their 2020 Manhisians Masquerade Ball on March 1, 2020,
2:00-5:00 p. m. at Hotel Essencia, Dumaguete City due to the following measure:

 Hotel Essencia, Dumaguete City being the chosen venue is opening its door to
accommodate their very momentous season in their lives of Grades 9-12 students for
their 2020 Manhisians Masquerade Ball.
 The parents have been agreed by both of the parents and the student body considering
the expected expenses for the said activity.
 The venue has been agreed by both the parents and the student body considering the
expected expenses of the said activity.
 This activity is a place of indulgence as our unwitting student’s wars to be advised. The
rites of the passage demonstrate a huge learning experience for them to induct in a
formal setting, display decent manners acting the ladies and gentlemen if is a point
when they celebrate is an exceptional way the turning point of their life.

During the meeting, parents were told that this activity is not compulsory thus it
requires voluntary participation of students with the filed consent; furthermore, it emphasizes
that no academic grade is involve in the conduct of the said activity.
Parents had agreed that the venue for the 2020 Manhisians Masquerade Ball would be
at HOTEL ESSENCIA, Dumaguete City.
