The meeting started with a prayer given by Mrs. Marilou Ramos. Mr. Dominador P. Caceres
gave an Opening Remarks.

The agenda tackled were:

1. Financial Report
2. Brigada Eskwela
3. Grand Alumni Homecoming
4. Other Matters

Mr. Dominador P. Caceres, the school principal, welcomed the parents and gave the Opening
Remarks.
 Mrs. Julie Vargas, the GPTA treasurer gave the financial report for the school year 2018-
2019.

Mrs. Purita Z. Aberia, the Brigada Eskwela Coordinator, announced the date of Brigada
Eskwela May 20-25, and requested the 100% participation of the external stakeholders.

Mrs. Aiza J. Gueta, the Alumni Homecoming Coordinator, announced that Mambungalon ES
will conduct the first ever Grand Alumni Homecoming on 2020. So planning and preparations will
be made this year.
