button to sign in to the page

Wait for a while to complete
the Installation
Click “Join with Computer Audio”
Click “Audio Settings ” to check your speaker and
microphone.
Click “Yes” if you hear a ringtone with
sufficient volume
Speak and pause, you will hear a replay. Click “Yes”
after you hear the same with sufficient volume
Once the audio testing is over click “End Test” button
Click “Video Settings” to check
your Desktop / Laptop Camera
 Your image will appear here

In this window you can see your video. Kindly

position your camera properly
 Participant List View / hide

Chat Box View / Hide

Click here to Mute / Unmute Audio

Click here to Turn On / Off Video

When you click the “Participants” menu list of participants
will appear right hand side
When you click “Chat” menu chat window will be opened in
right hand side

Click here to select a participant to send messages individually

When you click “Share Screen” menu the following pop-up will be appear

Select your screen or an application window and then click

“Share” button
After completing the presentation click here to stop sharing
