Logging into Zoom
▪ Secure the Zoom Meeting link and/or the Zoom Meeting details
from the host/organizer.

▪ You have two options to log in:


– Click on the link
– Use the Meeting ID and Passcode

▪ If you click on the link, a new tab and a dialogue box will appear.

Zoom Meeting ID and
Passcode, open the
Zoom application.

Click on Join

Enter
your
name.

Enter the Meeting ID. Enter the Passcode.


Click Join. Click Join Meeting.

phone.
Connecting to Audio

Make sure that you are connected to audio.

If you can NO longer find the Join Audio button, and


can already hear the host or participants speaking,
then you are already connected to the audio.
Muting/Unmuting
Unmuted Muted

It is requested that you mute your microphones to


avoid background noises (dog barking, chicken
clucking, airplane sounds, conversations at home, etc.)
from disrupting the meeting.

Unmute only when you need to speak.
