I was just looking over my credit report and found some inaccuracies that I am
demanding you correct.

According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you are required by federal law to ensure
that all details being reported on an account must be 100% accurate and verifiable. If
you are unable to fix these inaccuraces for any accounts listed, then per FCRA
requirements please remove the inaccurate account entirely from my credit report.

Reason: Account is settled
Instruction: This account was settled with the furnisher. They told me you can contact
them to verify this and then you will update it. If you are unable to do so, then remove
this account from my credit report.
