FINALS -MKT & BROKERAGE

1. What will be your focus when you practice?


- After I pass the brokerage exam, I would like to apply as broker in my previous company.
I would practice project selling of residential properties and build my own team.
2. Short-term Goal (1-5 years)
- My short term goal would be leading my own team of agents and being in the top selling
agent in our company for consecutive years.
3. Long-term Goal ( 6- 10 years)
- My long term goal would be having my own realty and be in the top selling realties of
the developers.
4. In terms of Sales, what is your target amount?
- Initially, I want to be able to personally sell 2 or 3 units per month at least 2 million per
unit. Collectively as a team, I want us to sell at least 10 units per month. It would
increase incrementally as our team grows bigger.
5. List down the steps you would like to take in achieving your short-term goal.
1. Take trainings and certifications to improve my skills in project selling.
2. Apply as a broker in a real estate firm.
3. Engage in selling and acquire real life skills and strategies.
4. Recruit agents and conduct trainings to improve their knowledge and skills.
5. After building the team, conduct monthly meetings to address concerns and
motivate everyone.
6. Be a good leader to have good results and achieve the teams’ goals.
