It is with great pleasure that I write to you to recommend Miss Stephany Vega for the
internship in you organization.

Stephany was my student last semester, I am the professor of her research workshop at

the Bolivian Catholic University "San Pablo", where she is currently conducting her project to

obtain her bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Ximena is a person with outstanding knowledge and problem-solving skills. She is my best

student in class, she always stands out from the rest, because she is very inquisitive and always

has questions to improve her knowledge. She possesses excellent leadership and soft skills and

has a great relationship with her classmates. As I mentioned, Ximena has always shown an

interest in learning more and has a strong commitment to her thesis research.

Ximena's research studies a variable (Spiritual Capital) that to date has not been studied at the

University, so the results achieved in it will contribute and have a great impact for future

research inside and outside our institution.

Based on my teaching experience, I would place her among my top students, and I strongly
