To Whom It May Concern:

It is with great pleasure for me to introduce Tina Ledesma. I know Mrs. Ledesma in the capacity of a
classroom as her professor in the Early Childhood Development program. I have personally witnessed
Tina’s leadership abilities and passion for education through her classroom participation and projects. For
example, I have witnessed Tina effectively lead her class cohort with positive affirmations and motivation to
continue the focus of education and higher education. Tina is a self-starter, hardworking individual who has
a teachable attitude. She carries herself professionally at all times and is also creative and resourceful.

When it comes to gaining knowledge and application, Tina always has innovative ideas on what she plans
to implement in future classrooms. She has great work ethic and has high expectations for those she
collaborates with. At a personal level, Tina is a leader who is focused and always willing to go the extra mile
to assist.

Knowing Tina professionally, I can tell you that she is an incredible motivator and takes her responsibilities
to heart. She has high expectations of herself which makes her an incredible team leader. It is with pride
that I recommend Tina for the paraprofessional position to not only supervise students but to instruct and
evaluate students and assist with a variety of instructional and behavioral activities. She is an outstanding
educator and will be an extremely effective paraprofessional to Visalia Unified School District.

Please feel free to contact me if you require any additional information.

Sincerely,
