I. Education in Mexico is deficient due to many factors related to a bad administration

of economic and human resources. Not prepared teachers and deviation of
resources are daily problems in all levels of education Also, a bad structure of
educational plans and a doctrine of memorizing lead to not prepared students all
over the country.
