Many students are difficult to cope with their concentration in

learning and cannot focus on the lecture. Discuss both views and

In today’s world, most students are facing to lack of
concentration completely on their learning and distraction in the
classroom. In this essay, I will state some causes leading to this
trend and suggest some solutions to help students focus as well
as improve subject quality.
The first reason for this difficulty in students can concern
learning is the increased use of technology such as smartphones or
tablets. Because of the advent of advanced technology, students
are surrounded by electric devices and often use them to surf the
Internet and watch social media, and video games. That information
from the Internet provides distractions from school work and makes
it hard for students to focus. As a consequence, some students are
effective quality in learning. Moreover, the use of technology can
have a drawback impact on academic performance, Some lectures
focus only on theory it cannot bring it into practice, making students
feel uninterested in learning. It is also a reason for students to feel
like using to view the Internet and social networks because they
think it will have more interesting things.
Nevertheless, knowing it is difficult for our students to
concentrate in class, there are still several measures that can tackle
problems. First, principal schools can introduce regulations that
restrict technology devices during class hours. In some private
schools, smartphones are banned and not allowed to use in
classroom areas and students have to pay attention to lectures.
Additionally, the school should work together with the teacher to
create lessons in which real-life examples are mixed. For example,
in a biology lecture, students get to practice in the lab when
instructing an animal. When they feel attractive, they would
concentrate in a natural way. In addition, it is important to find a
source of motivation such as friends or passionate subjects.
In conclusion, the lack of concentration at school may be due to
the influence of technology devices or boring lessons. However,
there are various measures that can be taken to mitigate those
issues
