LETTER OF AUTORIZATION

I hereby authorize JOEWARD PEREZ to process the attestation of my papers from your
office on my behalf. I will not be able to appear personality because I am currently out of
the country. Unfortunately, the documents need to be processed immediately or as soon as
possible for I will be needing them for my working visa.
