First CAS Interview:

Reflection: The student has created an initial reflection on beginning the process of pursuing
his passions in creativity, activity and service that is genuine, heartfelt, clearly expressed and
representative of how he feels in regards to the beginning of this journey.
Interview: The student conducted himself with a high degree of professionalism throughout
the interview and utilized the opportunity to converse with his mentor to develop his CAS
experiences extremely well.
Profile: The student has considered his personal strengths and interests and has identified
possible experiences to pursue in all three strands of creativity, activity and service.
Overall: CAS progress is exemplary at this stage.

Second CAS Interview:


Meeting Learning Outcomes: Sufficient evidence that supports all seven learning outcomes.
There is a clear connection between learning outcomes and his own experiences. A
connection is made between CAS experiences and school experiences and beyond.
Balance Between the Three Stands: A balance off all three strands that clearly anticipated
the student’s personal areas for growth.
Completion of CAS Project: The student submitted a proposal for the project that has been
accepted and he began working on the project with other members. He will complete the
project in Year 2.
Sustainability of CAS Programme: CAS activities sustain for 10 consecutive months.
Verified by advisor on managebac timeline.
Reflections: Reflections complete and sufficient in demonstrating the seven learning
outcomes.
Overall evaluation: The student has met expectations for CAS.

If students did not complete their project in Year 1, I mentioned that they completed their
proposal, which has been approved and that they will complete their project in Year 2. Most
of our students completed their project in Year 1 as they were involved in the MUN
organizing committee.

Second CAS interview


Elsa expressed her gratitude to the CAS program as it provided her with the opportunity to be engaged in various
extracurricular activities and to develop many skills throughout the process. such as communication, problem solving,
and planning skills . This was clearly shown during her work on FARISMUN II project as the head of PR team where
she demonstrated impressive leadership and communication skills.
At this phase, Elsa has met the learning outcomes and updated her CAS portfolio .
Overall progress : Excellent
