B. Suspect Ramil (victim’s younger brother), years old, single, farmer, and a
resident of Brgy..
C. Witness: Ismael, 41 years old, farmer, Brgy. Tanod and a resident of
Brgy..

5. Why: Personal Grudges

6. How: On April 16, 2024 at about 1:00 pm, the above-named

complainant/victim and witness appeared at this office to lodge a criminal complaint
against the above-named suspect for threatening and inflicting damages to the
makeshift nipa hut of the victim. The case was referred by the Office of the Lupong
Tagapamayapa, with Certificate to File Action entitled (Complainant) against
(Respondent) for “Pagyakan na may sundang” docketed under Barangay Case Number
2024issued by J De La z, Lupon Chairman dated , 2024.
The complainant/victim avers that on 2024 at about 7:00 a.m., when he was on
his way to the coconut farm to gather coconut sap, he was threatened by the suspect by
uttering the following remarks “Papatayon” while the latter’s finger was pointing at him.
When he was climbing on the coconut tree gathering coconut sap, he saw the suspect
entered his home and shouted the following words “Away”. Thereafter, the suspect went
outside the house carrying an unsheathed bladed instrument commonly known as
sundang and subsequently stated the following remarks “Away kita Cesar. Lusad ngada
kay papatayon ko ikaw”. After climbing down, the suspect ran towards him prompting
him to run towards his makeshift house. He was chased by the suspect with a bladed
instrument while uttering the following words several times “Papatayon ko ikaw”. He
was able to run away from the suspect, however, the suspect inflicted damage to his
hut made of bamboo by hacking the column, door, and wall using a bladed instrument.
The incident was seen by the above witness and likewise reported to the Office of the
Punong Barangay, Brgy.
