Helping Community, Person with Disability and Community Driven Development Program is
part of the formation and goal of the Office to the Provincial Governor. And to extend the full
support of the Provincial Governor’s Office Lubang Sub - Office in Reaching out constituents
for Good Governance and to give any form of assistance to uplift the well-being of the
community members through the initiative of Hon. Governor Eduardo B. Gadiano.

Disability in the Municipality of Lubang, it also serves to empower community that results for
solicitous government of PGO Programs.
