BLOCKCHAIN-ENHANCED WEB PORTAL: EMPOWERING FIRST GRADUATE
SCHOLARSHIP APPLICANTS WITH SECURE SHA ALGORITHM
ABSTRACT
A distributed ledger system called blockchain, which is based on powerful
cryptographic techniques, allows transactions to be recorded and kept, making them impenetrable. To prevent certificates from being of poor quality or being copied, the idea has unique security mechanisms built in. Since the idea is based on a powerful cryptographic hashing algorithm, any transactions made cannot be replicated or encrypted, the copies are exact, and particular authorization is needed to access the data. A "First Graduation Scholarship" is the purpose of this endeavour. The government grants scholarships to various students through its scholarship department. It automates all of the scholarship department's operations, including manual awarding, form filing, government approval, and delivery to students. With this effort, we hope to lessen the manual system's excessive paperwork burden. Reports of many sorts are produced. The System currently keeps manual records in the form of registers, folders, etc. to save the information on the students' scholarships. For instance, student information is recorded in several files to give consumers the best possible services. To decrease the paperwork and mistakes that is a part of the manual system. The system's primary goal is to get rid of the paperwork and manual processing that the scholarship office uses. The suggested system uses the block chain approach to authenticate certificates, creating a safe and secure environment for issuing, storing, and doing so. As a consequence, transactions will be processed quickly. Additionally, having an application and record management system may result in less labor being needed and better structured, safe data storage. To access the aforementioned established system, the scholarship office has to be connected to the internet. It contains characteristics that are appropriate for the demands of the scholarship office in controlling and profiling the information about their scholars, such as approval or rejection of the scholarship. It may manage the schedules for the examination, interview, and orientation of scholarship applicants as well as filter data using the search options. This First Graduation Scholarship Online Web Application is a solution to all of these problems.
