He has been working as DDAC CTO for over 10 years and been devoted to driveline industry in
passenger car and commercial vehicle for over 24 years. Prior to joining Dana, he worked for
various roles respectively in Hefei AAM and AAM Aisa as Product Engineering Manager, Program
Manager, Engineering & Program Director and Engineering Manager, Asia during 2008-2014. He
served in axle & suspension division of JAC Motor respectively as Quality Manager and Product
Engineering Manager from 2004 to 2008. His vision is lead DDAC to be the leader in driveline and
electrification propulsion in commercial vehicle industry.
