1. INTRODUCTION: -
Café Management System is an application, which will help restaurants /cafés to
optimize and control over their restaurants and cafés menu. This application helps the
cafés to do all functionalities more accurately and efficiently. Café Management system
reduces manual work and improves efficiency and rate of work. It is specifically
designed for café billing management and order taking management system.

2. OBJECTIVE: -
The specific objectives of the project include:

 To take orders

 To add item

 To display menu

 To show bill

 To display total sale reports

1.Back End: - Java, Swing Framework

o Swing Framework - Swing is a platform-independent, "model–view–controller"


GUI framework for Java, which follows a single-threaded programming model.
Additionally, this framework provides a layer of abstraction between the code
structure and graphic presentation of a Swing-based GUI.

 NetBeans IDE : -NetBeans IDE is a free and open-source integrated development


environment (IDE) that simplifies application development across various platforms.
Here are some key points about NetBeans:
 Platform Support:
o NetBeans runs on Windows, Mac, Linux, and Solaris operating systems.
o It provides a unified environment for developing web, enterprise, desktop, and
mobile applications.

the signups to events to be managed. This is useful for organizing members in a community
and keeping them notified of their events status)

Module 2: - Login Page: - (A login module is a software component or module


that is responsible for authenticating users and allowing them access to a
particular system or application.)

Module 3: - Forgot Password Page: - (the forgot password module uses different
verification methods to let users recover their password.)

Module 4: - Home Page: - (a home page is the main page that a visitor will view
when they navigate to home page.)

Module 5: - Manage Category Page: - (Before crafting or managing a module


description, it crucial to understands the purpose of the category page.)

Module 6: - New Product Page (New product page requires attention to detail
and a strategic approach.
