Month 1
Baby Milestone
Within the first month month of pregnancy, the primitive face takes form with large dark circles
for eyes. The lower jaw, mouth, and throat are developing. Blood cells will begin to take form
and circulation throughout the baby’s body will begin. By the end of the first month, the baby is
around ¼ of an inch big, which is about the size of a grain of rice.
Mother Milestone

The amniotic sac forms around the fertilized egg. It helps cushion the growing embryo throughout
pregnancy. The placenta also develops at this point, which is a round, flat organ that transfers
nutrients from the mother to the baby, and transfers waste from the baby.

● Get quality Sleep ● Eat Raw Meat
● Light Exercise ● Drink too much
● Stay Hydrated caffeine
