We chose this topic to provide health information for those people who want to know about basic
knowledge in healthy lifestyle and well being. Wellness is a topic about emotional well-being and
practices healthy habits to achieve physical and mental health goals. It is not only those who are in
good health, but also those who are seeking to improve their overall well-being. This title also
suggests several forms of health that people should be aware of.

The "mission" of Wellness Client typically involves promoting and enhancing individuals'

"To allow individuals to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives by providing education,
resources, and support that promote physical fitness, mental health, social and emotional
well-being, ultimately fostering a state of holistic wellness."

The "vision" of Wellness Client encompasses a desired future state where individuals and
communities are thriving in every aspect of their well-being and envisions a society where
wellness is a fundamental part of daily life, contributing to happier, healthier, and more
fulfilling communities.

"An inclusive world where every person has the knowledge, resources, and opportunities to
achieve their highest potential for physical health, mental clarity, emotional resilience, and
overall well-being. Well-being is not just the absence of illness but the presence of vitality,
purpose, and joy in every individual's life."

Theme: Health Wellness

We chose the theme "Health Wellness'' since we all recognize the importance of good health in
everyday life. Additionally, health wellness aims to promote and provide for people's physical,
mental, and emotional well-being so that we can all become better versions of ourselves. This
theme will explain what well being actually is and the various aspects of health there are.
Description of the Magazine

This magazine gives information about our overall health, it also shows how
individuals can enhance themselves to improve their life. This magazine lets us understand that
you can improve your well-being by not just being physically healthy, instead you can improve it
by also being mentally healthy.

This magazine also tackles your lifestyle habits, how you can improve your intake
of nutrition and also diet. Being healthy is everyone’s goal, that’s why this magazine aims to
improve people's well-being.

Our magazine's title is shown up front in a large typeface because we want readers to
