Registration Number UP 93 BG 2449 due to some reasons.

Recently, we have faced Financial Hardship, which has made it challenging for us to meet the
current repayment terms. We are the dedicated, Obligatory and Punctual Customer of your
Bank and we have been a valuable Customer of yours in the Past. And we believe that we’ll be
the same in the upcoming time to, we propose a revised time period of 45 days which we
believe is realistic under my current financial circumstances. We are committed to fulfilling our
obligations and hope to resume regular payments as soon as possible. Enclosed are the relevant
documents of your demand letter. I am hopeful for a positive response and am willing to
discuss this matter further at your convenience.
