This is to confirm that we have sold The Said Property to the above said Applicant which is meant for residential
purposes as per the sanctioned plan. We assure you that the said Property as well as the said building and the land
appurtenant thereto are not subject to any encumbrance, charge or liability of any kind whatsoever and that the
entire property is free and marketable. We are aware that the said Applicant has approached Axis Bank for the
transfer of Home loan from State Bank of India which was taken by the applicant for purchasing of the said
property. We hereby confirm that we have given Permission for the same to the said Applicant for the transfer of
the loan account.
