Residing at 1-57,Main Road Vegayammapeta here after referred to as
the "LESSOR" (which expression unless repugnant to the subject matter or
context shall include his nominees, assigns, legal heirs and successors in
interest) of the one part and Andhra Bank, A Governm ent of India
Undertaking incorporated under the Banking Companies Acquisition and
Transfer of Undertakings Act 40 of 1980 carrying on Banking Business with
its Head Office at Hyderabad represented by Mr.N.R.K.Prasad s/o N
Subbarao Aged 55 years Manager. Hereinafter referred to as the
"LESSEE" (which expression includes their successors in office) of the
other part, witnesses:
WHEREAS the Lessor has agreed to let and Lessee has agreed to take
on lease the Ground Floor storied building consisting of the accommodation
as shown in the plan attached hereto bearing Municipal Door No.3-164
located in Draksahrama,RCC 1588 sq.Fts Built up area Street, bounded:
Chandra Street.
On the NORTH : 58.6ft site belongs to Petta Sankara Rao
On the SOUTH :Raja Veedhi (Main Road)
On the EAST

:61.6ft Ummadi Margam

On the WEST :32.6ft Joint wall Between shop and shop of Ch.Haimavathi
And belonging to the Lessor above named, on the following terms and
conditions:
That the duration of the lease shall be for a period of, 5 years, commencing from
the date of occupation i .e :01-06-2014 with the option to the Lessee for renewal
and extension of the lease for a further period of 5 years on the same terms and
conditions detailed.
here in which option shall be exercised or shall be deemed to have been
exercised in the matter hereinafter provided subject to increase of 15% of the
rent..
1) The Lessee hereby covenants with the Lessor as follows:
i)
The Lessee will pay rent to the Lessor or his authorized agents at the
rate of I.G.15per sq.ft.,1588 sq.ft . Rs.23,820 (Rupees Twenty Three
Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Only) Per month on or before 5 th
day of each succeeding month calculated according to English
Calendar.
