Workflow Transition Explanation

3
Workflow process for employees

1. The employee fills in the marked mandatory fields and creates the Jira ticket. The created

ticket can be viewed on the Jira project board as shown below.

2. On opening the created ticket, the employee will have to fill in the additional details required

for self-review. All the inputs are auto saved on the ticket and will be in the Saved KRA Draft

stage.

4
The KRA and KPI fields will be auto-populated from the Jira ticket and can be changed if

required. For KRA Status (Employee), any option can be chosen from the drop-down as

shown below.

For KRA Weightage (Employee), any option can be chosen from the drop-down as shown

below. Ensure that the weightage has been mutually agreed with the Reporting Manager

before submission.

Similarly, for KRA Rating (Employee) any option can be chosen from the drop-down as shown

below. Please ensure that the ratings reflect an honest assessment of self-performance.

5
To understand how ratings work, a link has been provided on the ticket which will take you to

the Performance Appraisal Manual .

In the KRA Milestone (Employee), the employee should provide the details of their goals

achieved and the data supporting the impact of the contributions made.

3. In the Values and Behaviors section, employees can select any of the provided options after

filling in the details in the KRA tabs. Each category has further sub-categories as shown

below. In the Remarks section, the employee can add details of the instances where the

respective Values and Behaviors were exhibited in achieving their goals under review.

4. In the Overall Assessment section, please check that the Total Weightage Assigned is 100,

as shown below. In the event the total weightage is not equal to 100, please readjust it to 100

by changing them under the individual KRA tabs.

7
The employee rating will be auto-calculated based on the Weighted Average Method and is a

non-editable field. The open-ended questions under the “Overall Assessment” tab are a

mandatory field. Please ensure that inputs are added before submission.

5. Once the employee manually moves the ticket to Self Review Completed, as shown below,

their edit access will be restricted. Therefore, please ensure that all details have been

provided and no further edits will be required before moving to this step.

6. An email notification will be sent to both the employee and manager upon successful Self

Review Completion.
