Religious observance can lead to a higher sense of well-being. People who attend church

weekly are more likely to have a higher sense of well-being, including less anxiety and worry

and positive relationships with others (Bosco-Ruggiero, 2020). In addition, these people are less

likely to be treated for mental health issues like depression.

Hypothesis testing is used as an analytical method to determine whether there is a

relationship between the variables. It involves formulating a null hypothesis that is then tested by

collecting data to determine its validity. This process of collecting data and conducting statistical

analysis allows us to determine whether the null hypothesis can be rejected, and the alternative

hypothesis can be accepted.. If we cannot reject the null hypothesis, we can say our data is

compatible with that null hypothesis. An example of a null hypothesis can be formulated as

follows: H0) The weight of an individual does not depend on his height or gender, and the

alternative hypothesis H1; The weight of an individual depends on his height or gender.

Issuing questionaries is the best method for collecting data to establish the relationship

between an individual's weight, gender, and height. Questionnaires provide more accurate data

since the information is given directly by the individuals. The individuals will provide their

height, gender and weight, which will be used to establish the relationship. This method might be

challenging in that some respondents might be illiterate hence failing to understand the

questionnaire.

People who are religious and spiritual are less likely to experience depression, anxiety,

and other forms of mental distress. Most likely, in the lab project, the weight will not be

dependent on gender and height. This is because gender and height are associated with genetics.

We can never say for certain if weight is related to genetics or weight lifting training.
