RLE DUTY ROTATION

ORIENTATION DAY GUIDELINES AND INFORMATION


APRIL 15, 2024
CALL TIME 9:00AM
DEPARTURE TIME: 9:30AM
MEETING PLACE: GROUND FLOOR NEAR THE CANTEEN AND PARKING

Dear Batch 2025,

Enumerated below are the guidelines we have tackled last briefing/orientation for
POC RLE Duty. May we review and give emphasis on the following important
guidelines to be followed:

1. There are 18 groups for RLE duty with 10 students each. That will be your
revised groupings only for POC Duty.
2. Van assignment has been posted on the groups so please be guided
accordingly. There are 14 vans, each van will have its own number for your
reference. There are 8 clinical instructors and highlighted in yellow are the
point person per van with no clinical instructor. Dr. Frani will coordinate with
you.
3. NOTE: RLE Groupings is different from the VAN/TRANSPO Groupings.
Please see posted schedules separately.
4. Attendance sheet will be provided at the lobby area. Look for your name and
sign in with your signature and time-in.
5. Grooming, complete uniform and bags will be checked. Violation slips will
be given for those who will incur any kind of violation.
6. Once done with the attendance you may proceed with the van assigned to
you and wait for other members, once complete please inform Dr. Frani or
the Clinical Instructor assigned or the student point person and wait for
further instruction.
7. UNIFORM
a. Complete with duty uniform with green coat
b. Wear undershirt: white sando or v-neck shirt for boys, sando or
camison for girls, white undergarments only please no printed
c. SDCA Nameplate and or school i.d.
d. Pin
e. Clean white shoes
f. stockings for girls, white socks for boys
g. Wrist watch with second hand, with either black, brown, silver, gold
strap
h. White KN95 face mask
8. GROOMING
i. FOR MALES/BOYS
a. Well-combed and well-kempt short hair, may use hair gel and the like
b. No hair color
c. NO beard, side beards/sideburns/sideboards/side whiskers
d. No all types of earring on all body parts
e. Cover tattoos, if there is
f. No other jewelries, except for married students, you may wear your
wedding ring provided there is a proof of marriage

ii. FOR FEMALES/GIRLS


a. Well-combed and well-kempt hair, follow only the three hairstyle
stated, may use hair gel and the like
b. Proper bun as shown on the sample picture during the
briefing/orientation via gmeet, please follow only the three options
stated
c. No hair color
d. No earrings
e. No other jewelries, except for married students, you may wear your
wedding ring provided there is a proof of marriage
f. Cover tattoos, if there is

9. SMALL BAG- please use only a small bag during orientation; example sling
bag, hand bag- which is not bulky just enough to put your personal things
like alcohol/sanitizer, small notebook, pens, and other personal belongings
