DETAILS OF PHASE 2
Entire work was multi-phased in step wise manner which was begin by collection of formalities and
actual implementation of schemes:

• Gathering Documents and Getting Ready for Applications:


Gathered necessary documentation—proof of identity, proof of address, and other pertinent
documents—from hostel staff.
Ensured the accuracy and completeness of applications for Aadhar, PAN, and ration cards
submitted on behalf of hostel staff.
• Application of the Scheme:
Submitted an application for one of the wardens' Gruha Lakshmi Yojana. The purpose of this
programme is to give women financial support for building or remodelling their homes.
visited the Aadhar centre with a single assistant to expedite the application process for an
Aadhar card, guaranteeing that they could easily access a range of government services.
Applications were made for other programmes, including as the Pradhan Mantri Matru
Vandana Yojana (PMMVY), which offers financial support to women who are expecting
their first child and are nursing.
• Sharing of Scheme Information:
gave thorough details about government programmes for daughters, like the education scholar
ships for girls and the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP) project.
facilitated workshops to inform hostel staff members about the requirements for eligibility an
d the application process for these programmes, enabling them to take advantage of the benefi

CHALLENGES FACED AND SOLUTIONS

• Document Verification Delays:


Uploading the documents on the government portal takes time than usual for verification
purposes and if any disparancies occurred ,communicating to them was difficult in the way
of explaining
Addressed delays in document verification by establishing regular communication with
verification authorities and following up diligently to expedite the process.

• Incomplete Documentation:
Assisted hostel workers in rectifying discrepancies in documents by providing individual
consultations and guidance to obtain missing information.

• Technical Glitches:
Provided technical support to overcome online application glitches, ensuring successful
submission of applications for various schemes and services.
