In order to emphasize the necessity for frictionless and secure experiences in the restaurant industry,
the video brings attention to business gaps caused by the pandemic. The CEO of Miso Robotics created a
robot to solve these problems, emphasizing the role that technological developments and AI software
play in spurring creativity.
