Offer of Employment (Trainee)

Following your interview with LEGALIA Team, I am very pleased to offer you a full-time position with LEGALIA Law Office
(“LEGALIA”) as a “Trainee” on a gross monthly “training bonus” of EGP6,000 (Six Thousand Egyptian Pounds) for an initial
period of six (6) months (subject to extension). Please note the terms of the offer in this letter override anything said to you
during your interview or any other discussions about your employment with LEGALIA.

Your employment with LEGALIA would be on the terms set out in our standard training contract.

By accepting this offer, you confirm that you are able to accept this job and carry out the work that it would involve without
breaching any legal restrictions on your activities.

This offer is open for you to accept until Thursday, 10th of August 2023, at which time it will be deemed to be automatically
withdrawn without further action.
