1. Why dance is good for your health?


*Dance is good for health because since it makes our body
move, for exercising our body with force which makes out heart
to pump more blood to supply our body with more oxygen to
move faster and it can improve the endurance of our body
moving for a longer time without getting tired if you are doing it
daily, not only good for physical health but also mental health
since it gives us discipline about the body.

2. How do you define a work out?


*If I to define a workout, it is about building up endurance and
muscle mass and doing a set of exercises, like the repetition per
set, for example 30 push-ups in 3 repetition means its 10x per
session until u make 30 push-ups.

3. Describe a physically fit person.


*Physically fit person has a Proportionate body, have more
muscle mass than a normal person, also they are stronger and
healthy.
