Warranty: 24 Months for New sealed parts, New open boxes, New without boxes, Used parts, Refurbished parts, Exchange parts and Repair services
1 Month for used incomplete parts

After receiving the goods, the customer´s obligation is to check it within 14 days.

Shipping: Buyer pays all shipping costs. We ship via TNT or DHL unless buyer requests otherwise. Please send us an e-mail to request the shipping costs outside Europe.

Payment method: PayPal or bank wire. A 5% fee is applied when paying by Paypal.

A new part - the packaging is closed (NOU): the new part is in the original sealed packaging.
A new part - the packaging has been opened (NOO): a new, unused part, the packaging of which has been opened.
A new part without packaging (NOK): a new, unused part, which has been stored without its original packaging.
A refurbished part (OPR): a used part that has undergone complete refurbishment. The part is functional without any restrictions.
An used part (PXX): unit which is used but fully functional, clean and tested
An used incomplete part (PXN): used unit which is uncomplete but fully functional, clean and tested.
Repair by exchange (EXC): within the agreed period you will receive a refurbished part, carry out the exchange and within 1 week send the damaged part for repair to the headquarters of our
Company in Kosmonosy; after its repair this part will remain the property of DREAMland, spol. s r.o. The part must be repairable; otherwise, or in the event of a failure to comply with the deadline
for the exchange, we shall invoice you for the cost of the refurbished used part. Repair by exchange can be implemented only in regard to parts that have the same code designation.
Repair - overall refurbishment (REP): repair - the overall refurbishment of the part owned by the customer.
