1. What are the academic/work tasks do you think will require the writing of a
definition text? Give 2 examples and explain each.
- An article summary needs instructions like 'identify', 'report', 'record',
'summarize', or 'define', then Academic Articles are made by professionals’ part
of a field, uses formal language, uses the author's name and credentials, and
takes years to publish.

2. What can you include in the intro, body and conclusion of a definition text?
- the introduction should hook in the audience with a thesis statement and
background information. The body will have explanations of the subtopics
followed by details. And the conclusion should call the readers to action.

3. What types of info should you be looking for when researching for a definition
text? Explain.
- Factual Information, because looking for reliable data that one can evaluate and
apply to get an answer or solution is an essential part of every research.

4. What are some examples of ambiguous terms? What makes them ambiguous?
- Words and Arts, because they can have A concept with multiple possible
meanings can confuse due to their uncertain nature and multiple interpretations.

5. What do you think is the most important step in writing a definition text? Why
so?
- It should be factual and not confusing because wrong information and meanings
can lead to misleading and misinterpretations of the information.
