Subject : Submission of Term Grades and Release of Salary

Once again, I am very grateful of your dedicated service to the College of Business Education
for sharing your expertise thru teaching.

The end of the Second Semester of SY -2021-2022 marks the achievement that the students
have been working so hard despite the odds of the pandemic. Similarly as teachers, we saw
to it that journeying with our students was the best way we could help them to fulfill their
aspirations. The ONLY evidence of such noble work is grounded on timely submission of
TERM GRADES.

I am therefore requesting you to submit the TERM Grades of the subjects you have been
assigned for the students to find out how they fair-well in their respective classes. In
addition, we also have students who are being sent by generous sponsors and are closely
monitoring the performance of their wards/ scholars.

Kindly make four (4) copies of the Term Grade Summary Sheet then have them signed by
your College Dean and finally to the Registrar’s Office. Once completed, kindly secure your
Clearance Form from the HRDO and fill it up for routing of signatures.

Completely signed Clearance Form allows you to receive your salary.

Complete submission of Term Grades will ensure assignment of teaching load for the coming
semester.
