Congratulations and welcome to the ‘Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)’ program of ICFAI Business
School (IBS) Bengaluru, a constituent and Off-campus center of The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education
(IFHE), (Deemed to be University under Section 3 of UGC Act, 1956). You have been offered Provisional
Admission into the BBA Program. Please quote the Enrollment Number mentioned above in all your future
correspondence. The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education (IFHE) Hyderabad is accredited by The National
Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) Govt., of India, with A ++ Grade.

Induction Sessions (Deeksharambh): Induction Sessions are scheduled from August 8h, to August 11th, 2023
for the new students to get acclimatized into Management Education before the start of the Semester-I (August
14th, 2023). You are strongly advised not to miss out these sessions as they will make you feel comfortable in
understanding the courses in Semester-I and also the program and its delivery.

Registration for Induction Sessions and Semester-I of the Program: Registration is a formal reporting
activity. Registration for the Program is mandatory. Registration to every semester in the Program is mandatory
and is undertaken prior to the commencement of sessions of every semester. Only on payment of 1st installment
of the Program fees and caution deposit, the student will be registered to the Induction sessions and Semester-
I of the Program.

Registration for Induction Sessions and Semester-I of the Program is on August 7th and August 14th, 2023.

Induction Session (‘0’ semester): commence from August 8th, 2023.

Regular Academic Sessions: Semester-I sessions commence from August 14th, 2023.
Academic Guidelines, Students’ Code of Conduct, Fee Schedules and operational details of the program will
be given in the BBA Student Handbook, supplied at the time of Registration, in person and uploaded in SIMS
under Document Section. Student has to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance subject wise to become
eligible for writing the examination.

Payment of Fee: The Semester-I Program Fee of Rs. 65000 /- along with Caution Deposit of Rs. 10000/- (Total
Rs.75000/-) is to be paid on or before August 7th, 2023.
Mode of Payment of Program Fee: Program Fee along with Caution Deposit is to be paid online by visiting
IFHE website: www.ifheindia.org. Copy of the on-line payment acknowledgement should be taken and
should be submitted to the University at the time of Registration, OR by way of Account Payee Bank Demand
Draft, in favor of “IFHE Fee Collection A/c BBA 2023 Bengaluru” payable at Bangalore. Please write your
name, Enrollment number and Mobile number on the back of the Bank Demand Draft for submission at the
Campus to the accounts department.

Bank Loan: For any assistance with respect to educational loans from Banks, you are requested to contact on
email id finaidcell@ibsindia.org.

Submission of Documents: Students are to submit the following documents in person on the date of
registration. They will also have to be uploaded online through SIS:
1. Copy of Enrolment Letter
2. Personal Data Form (to be filled in with complete details)
3. Two recent passport size photographs.
4. Self-attested copies of mark sheets of X and XII (both First and Second year mark sheet).
5. Copy of the on-line payment receipt (in case 1st instalment of Program Fee along with Caution Deposit is
paid on-line) or Copy of the Bank Demand Draft sent.

You will have to provide your original certificates for verification with self-attested Xerox copies on the
day of reporting to the Campus. The concerned officials will check the original certificates with the self-
attested copies and return the originals to you. Please do not forget to collect your originals after verification
by the officials.

Late Registration: Students who are not able to Register for Semester-I on August 7th, 2023 can submit late
Registration request to the Dean Academics (BBA Program), IBS Bengaluru at gpgirish@ibsindia.org giving
the reasons thereof along with proof of payment of Program Fee of Semester-I. Depending on the merits of the
case, late Registration can be permitted. Late Registration requests without payment of fees will not be
considered. No late registration requests will be considered after 30 days of commencement of regular
sessions.

Proof of Eligibility: Students with aggregate marks of 50% and above in Class XII or its equivalent with
English medium are eligible for admission. Students, whose results are awaited, need to submit their proof of
eligibility latest by 18th September, 2023 for avoiding the cancellation of the provisional admission. It is sole
responsibility of the student to verify his/her proof of eligibility. Institution can remove the student from rolls
anytime during the course, if proof of eligibility not submitted.

Dress Code: You are joining a business school and preparing for a corporate career. When you come to the
campus, it is necessary to be equipped with formal attire and footwear to attend classes and other academic
activities. There is a specific Institute formal wear which has to be worn from Monday to Thursday and Friday
will be smart casual. An amount of Rs. 3000 is to be paid to the vendor on the registration day for 2 sets of
Shirts and trousers. Dress Code of the University should not be construed as limiting the right of any student
to wear the dress of their choice. This Policy is to ensure discipline, equity among the students and dignity
among all in the University.
Hostel Accommodation: We do not have any hostel Accommodation in campus. You are free to make your
own arrangements.

Transport Facility: The college provides limited transport facility within Bengaluru city limits on select routes
on payment basis.

Other Facilities: Clinic with 24x7 Doctors, Student Counselling, Indoor and Outdoor Sports, Gymnasiums,
Cafeterias etc. are available in the campus.
