Below you must detail the hazard number from the check list, identify where the hazard is
coming from and detail how you will limit the risk of the hazards you have identified.
HAZARD HAZARD DETAILS HOW WILL YOU LIMIT THE
NUMBER RISKS
1 Trip Hazards
Before filming I will make
sure that my surrounding
does have any uneven
surfaces.

7 Weather Conditions
Check the Weather Forecast
before recording or setting
anything up. Otherwise, we
will have to record another
day. It is unpredictable
sometimes at this place.

10 Props
My friend has a sword that
is fake but has a real metal
blunt blade to it, so it won’t
harm anyone or myself, he
is going to be always with
me to make sure that I don’t
mess around with the
weapons.

8 Members of the Public

This is a public attraction so
there might be people
nearby. Therefore, I will try
and record in a certain place
that people are not near but
also try and capture the
Church in the background.
