Requirement: Draw a use case diagram describing a learning

exchange forum system of the Faculty of Information Technology.

Forum activities can be summarized as follows:

- Everyone who accesses the forum can see information about posts
and news in the forum.

- When a member wants to post an article on the forum. The article


can be a new topic to discuss, or an opinion related to an already
raised topic, or news. First, a member must log into the system with a
username and password (If a member has logged in before, there is
no need to log in again). Every time members post an article, they
must use the text editor of the system to edit and post article on the
forum. Members can view notifications of results from the administrator
about previous submissions.

- A user can register as a member of the forum. When registering,


users will have to enter relevant information such as: full name,
student code, phone number and password. The registration takes
effect after the administrator approves and accepts it.

- When a member logs in as administrator (system administrator). The


system will display articles submitted by members. For each article,
the administrator can accept or refuse to post it on the forum:

+ When the article is marked as accepted, the system will update


the status again and the article will be displayed on the forum.

+ When the article is marked as rejected, the system will also


update the status and the article will not be displayed on the
forum, in addition, the administrator will have to make a note of
the reason for refusing to approve the article.

- In addition to the basic rights of a member, the administrator can also


approve and accept or reject a newly registered member. Delete a
member. Update a member's information.
