Chicken Spaghetti with White Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

- 1 package of spaghetti

- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast

- 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

- 4 cloves of garlic

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 2 cups of chicken broth

Instructions:

1. Boil a large pot of water and cook the spaghetti.

2. In a large skillet heat olive over medium heat.

3. Add diced chicken to the skillet and saute until golden brown and cook for

about 5-7 minutes.

4. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for about 1 minute.

5. Slowly pour in chicken broth while whisking to avoid lumps.

6. Stir in heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer.

7. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.

8. Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and stir to combine.

9. Drain the cooked pasta, then rinse with cold water.

10. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet with the chicken and sauce.

Ready to serve!!
