1. The Competence of Islamic Religious Education Teachers Perspective K.H.


Hasyim Asy'ari
The pedagogic competence indicator according to KH. Hasyim Asy'ari includes the
attitude of purifying himself from all things that are not blessed by Allah Almighty,
visionary, and having knowledge. Personality competence covers a calm person,
tawakal, tawadhu ', and an independent person ,. Professional competence according
to KH. Hasyim Asy'ari is a teacher's ability in knowledge and good at managing class.
Social competence, according to KH. Hasyim Asy'ari is good at choosing jobs, good
at choosing communities where to gather, avoiding places that socially can reduce the
degree of teachers, and able to interact well1.

2. Multicultural Based Character Education at The Tebuireng Jombang Islamic


Boarding School
the maximum as it requires no special space in themselves and their environtment.
This study uses data collection techniques with interviews and documentation
methods. The results of this study indicate that the Tebuireng Islamic Boarding
School has implemented multicultural education. These activities include a study of
the book of adab alim wal muta’allim, ORDA (Regional organization in Islamic
boarding schools), basic characters in Tebuireng Islamic Boarding Schools, the
culture of queuing for students, attitudes of Tebuireng Islamic Boarding Schools
towards non-Muslims, and tawadhu attitudes of students towards non-Muslim guests2.

3. Implementation of Character Education in the Process of Learning on Attitude


and Social Behavior (The Case Study of Budi Mulia Dua International High
School)
The results showed Budi Mulia Dua International High School applied the learning of
character education through curriculum, extracurricular and habituation in school.
Also, the implementation of 8 learning based on students' social attitudes and

behaviors, namely Children Unique, Achievement, Living Values, Straightforward,
Process, Tolerance, OAse Practices, and Positive Discipline3.

4. Dialectical Issues On Character Education In Kitab Adab Al-’Alim Wa


Almuta’allim As A Form Of Social Piety
This book has provided a comprehensive and constructive way of character education
which integrates Islamic values with various religious texts. Character education
which includes and complements a broad range of educational approaches such as
social-emotional learning and civic education shares a commitment to help people
become responsible and contributive citizens. Meanwhile, pesantren have taught and
built strong characters of the santri in the forms of rabbaniyah (godness), insaniyah
(humanity), wasathiyyah (moderateness) and waqi’iyyah (reality) characters.
Therefore, pesantren-based character education the book described is a key element to
nurture Muslims’ good habits. This paper shows that the book can be an answer for
Indonesia’s contemporary multi-dimensional crises, such as radicalism and terrorism 4.

5. The Strengthening and Internalisation of Ta'līm al-Muta'allim Character Values


in Ma'had Darul Qur'an Wal Hadith Al Majidiyyah As-Syafi'iyyah NW Pancor
Lombok, Indonesia
The results of this study indicate that studying the Book of Ta'limul al-Muta'alim will
make students (santri) of Ma'had Darul Qur'an Hadith have morals such as sincerity
(ikhlās), contention (istiqāmah), and patience (ṣabr)5.

The results showed that Ta’lim Muta’alim understanding positively and significantly
20,3% influence the santri’s character which suported all of member of boarding
school, especially kyai, teachers and santri can run the teachinglearning process6.

7. Concept of Moral Education According to KH. Hasyim Asy'Ari in the Book of


Adabul 'Alim Wal-Muta'alim
Characteristics of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari in the book is guided by the Qur'an and the
Hadith. KH. Hasyim Asy’ari, which emphasizes ethical values that have Sufistic
breath. Moral Education which he emphasized, namely: morals to God and morals to
fellow human beings. His concept made the development of a society of religious
morality with individual coaching. With the aim that is expected to be able to realize a
society of good character, noble and noble character7.

8. Development Of Religious Character Through The Implementation Of Talim Al


Muta'allim
Implementing the cultivation of santri characters in Pesantren Langitan is as follows:
(1). Regius Character Planting Planning through the Study of Kitab Talim Al
Mutaalim at Pondok Pesantren Langitan Tuban includes selecting science, teacher
selection criteria, choosing friends, and selecting teachers and how to choose
knowledge. (2) Implementation of regius character cultivation through the learning of
talim al mutaalim in Pesantren Langitan Tuban through the classical system
(madrasah), extracurricular and non-classical (3) Evaluation of regius character
cultivation through learning Talim Al Mutaalim book at Pondok Pesantren Langitan
Tuban through daily evaluation, semester evaluation, and year-end evaluation8.

9. Internalization Of Character Values In Through The Learning Of Ta'lim Al-


Muta'allim Book
At this stage, the focus is on understanding the value material in the Ta'lim Al-
Mut'allim book. 2) Value transaction occurs two-way reciprocal interaction between

students and teachers actively. 3) Character trans-internalization stage. At this stage,
the teacher and students begin to correlate the character values in the Kitab Ta'lim Al-
Mut'allim, which can be implemented in real life. (3) The internalization model of
character values through learning the book of Ta'lim Al-Mut'allim using the
Tadzkiroh model, (2) Istiqomah Model, (3) Iqra-Fikir-Dhikr Model9.

10. Effectivity Of Learning The Book Of Ta'lim Muta'allim In Forming Akhlakul


Karimah of Students In Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Ulama Hasan Muchyi
Kapurejo Pagu Kediri
The results of the study show that the learning process of the muta'allim book of
ta'lim, which includes the teacher selection system, learning methods, learning media
used, student responses, teacher constraints and evaluation of learning and the results
of learning the muta'allim book of ta'lim in forming akhlaqul karimah in the form of
attitude of responsibility, tawadhu, discipline and ta'dzim along with the supporting
factors10.
