13 Amendment Abolished Slavery

These corporations have been using my transmitting utility, the all-cap name without paying for it
or paying the taxes, which is slavery. They ow me money.

31 CFR § 328.5 Forms of endorsement.

(a) When presented by banks— (1) For payment or exchange. The endorsement placed on a
bearer security presented for payment or exchange by a bank should be in the following form:
For presentation to the United States Treasury of Michael Kenneth Hicks, Fiscal Agent of the
United States, for redemption or in exchange for securities of a new issue, in accordance with
written instructions submitted by MICHAEL K HICKS.

(2) For redemption at par. The endorsement placed on a bearer security presented for
redemption at par in payment of Federal estate taxes should be in the following form: (USE
THIS ENDORSEMENT IF HAVE ESTATE, also, use this endorsement in most cases or
endorsement C, write ENDORSEMENT IN RED OR PRINT IN RED)
For presentation to the United States Treasury of Michael Kenneth Hicks, Fiscal Agent of the
United States, for redemption at par in payment of Federal estate taxes, in accordance with
written instructions submitted by MICHAEL KENNETH HICKS ESTATE.
(b) For conversion to book-entry securities. The endorsement placed on a bearer security
presented for conversion to a book-entry security shall be in the following form:
For presentation to the United States Treasury of Michael Kenneth Hicks, Fiscal Agent of the
United States, for conversion to book-entry securities by MICHAEL KENNETH HICKS ESTATE.
(c) When presented by Service Center Directors or District Directors, Internal Revenue
Service. The endorsement placed on a bearer security by a Service Center Director or a District
Director, Internal Revenue Service, should be in the following form:
For presentation to the United States Treasury of Michael Kenneth Hicks, Fiscal Agent of the
United States, for redemption, the proceeds to be credited to the account of the Service Center
Director, Internal Revenue Service, at Navy Federal Credit Union, for credit on the Federal
Estate (Income, gifts, or other) taxes due from substitute trustee, Mortgage company, or
Attorney, Tow Truck, etc.

On the back of negotiable instrument, endorse and sign a restrictive endorsement:

Do a change of address on the bill/statement to your address, both physical and po box, payments from
United States Treasury of Michael Kenneth Hicks, payments are mailed to me. Send Form 56-F to IRS
and appoint these people as the agent of the all-cap name in every institution I have filled out an
application with, and even some I have not dealt with. Send 8822-b to company address and the IRS, LET
THEM KNOW MY FICTION NO LONGER DOES BUSINESS AT THEIR COMPANY.

Mailbox- is a safety deposit box, a cash register.

Every contract I am in with corporations I am in a unilateral contract, meaning just me.

Send 1099- C to IRS, let them know debt has been cancelled. The instrument cancels the debt, Certified
or registered mail number is the account number, not social security number, see example on phone, and
endorse and sign the back of 1099-C,

Write Business Reply on front of envelope and your registered mail is free, see DMM Postal Manual. Put
TAX RETURN SERVICE REQUESTED on the outside of the envelope – it means you are asking your
banker, the all-cap name operating in a foreign jurisdiction, that cannot release the credits unless you
instruct it. It is just paper until I ask to exchange in to currency that could be used. When you put Return
Service Requested, you are ordering your fiction at these corporations to process the bond/bill/negotiable
instrument to return the funds. I am giving the all-cap private banker an order to perform currency
exchange and return the funds as I have ordered.

In the INSTRUCTION LETTER to courts/ corporations - if you don’t zero out the debt, not close the
account, and remove any adverse or negative information on the account credit report where I am the
representative, I will redeem your bond of office for a new security or cash it in, by sending back to the
bond issuer, and you will be incarcerated for bank robbery, fraud, and human slavery. And once I cash in
your bond of office to operate, you will be out of a job by Monday morning, awaiting trial. Also, tell my
private banker, the all-cap to RELEASE THE CREDIT which is a negative amount or debt which is a
positive amount, address to my private banker, all-cap name, ME. It is a federal offence when they open
the mail.
