1 tablespoon sesame oil in large pot over medium heat. Add

sprinkle with 1 teaspoon chili powder from the pot and set
aside. Add an additional tablespoon of sesame oil and shallots
to the pot. Add the ginger and garlic and cook another minute.

Add lime juice, soy sauce, and 1-2 teaspoons of chili powder
(depending on how spicy you want the ramen). Simmer for
about 10 minutes.

Bring to a boil then add the noodles and spinach. Cook until
the noodles are soft, about 3-4 minutes.

Ladle into bowls and serve with boiled eggs, lime wedges,
shredded carrots, green onions, sesame seeds, and hoison
sacue to add a touch of sweet. Enjoy!

Make the English muffin pizzas: Preheat the oven to 375°F

(190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.

Lay the toasted English muffin halves, cut-side up, on the

prepared baking sheet. Spread 1½ tablespoons of pizza sauce
over each half and sprinkle each with 1½ tablespoons of
shredded cheese . Top with sliced bell pepper, and pepperoni,
if using, then sprinkle with dried oregano.

Bake the pizzas for 6–10 minutes, or until the cheese has
melted and the toppings are warmed through. Remove from
the oven and let cool for 10 minutes

In a bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, apple slices, and

diced cucumber.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and lime to create the
