½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Prep Time Wash hands, Dress for practical, Sterilize and sanitize work area,
Gather equipment, Grease casserole dish, line bin, Set display table

9:00-9:15 Measure all ingredients for orange juice, Juice orange, Mix in drink
packet with water and add the juice from the orange, Transfer to jug
cover and store in fridge to chill

Clean chicken and season it then place in a Ziploc bag and let it
9:15-9:30 marinate in fridge

Wash up
9:30-9:45
Weigh and measure all ingredients for tossed salad and vinaigrette, cut
9:45-10:00
up and grate all vegetables, assemble and store in fridge, combine
ingredients for vinaigrette

10:00-10:15 Weigh and measure all ingredients for hamburger helper casserole,
Add minced meat to a heated oiled pan and let it brown, and proceed
to follow instructions on the box

10:15-10:30 Add Hamburger Helper to greased casserole dish, Cover with grated
cheese and place in preheated oven

10:30-10:45 Wash up

In a medium to large pot bring the chicken broth to a boil and add the
10:45-11:00 pumpkin whiles the pumpkin is cooking cut up some slices of baguette
and put some garlic spread onto them and place in the oven until they
are crispy

Combine breadcrumbs with seasoning in a Ziploc bag, remove chicken

from fridge and place into breadcrumb mixture, ensure they are
properly coated then place on greased baking tray and put in place in
oven

11:15-11:30 Remove soup from heat and blend with stick blender then place back
into pot to keep warm

11:30-11:45 Remove everything from oven and place on cooling racks

11:45-12:00 Plate dishes and put on display, wash up, pack up, clean up area and
dispose of garbage.
