A. My Scenario

Sarah Mae is a college graduate from Rizal Technological University RTU in BSHRM.
Once she finish college she finds a job immediately and the Interview works well
because she doesn't want her time to be wasted after graduating. She find a job in A
Hotel as Hotel Staff. First day of her work, she's very excited to work so She notes
her To do list in a Small notebook to help her to manage her time wisely specially in
work. First day in work, Sarah woke up early around 6:00 am to prefer her self in
work. Sarah schedule in work was 8:00 in the morning at 7:30 she already prepared
and go to work. When Sarah arrive in hotel she greeted everyone a "Good Morning
Ma'am/ Sir’’ with a smile on her lips" in work. She manage her time wisely, when
work hour, she focus herself to finish it on time. Sarah respect all her colleagues or
co-workers because She thinks and believe that everyone deserves it and she's very
friendly on her co-workers also Sarah takes every advice that she received from her
Co-workers because Sarah believes Everyday is a process of learning even if you
graduated.She really commit herself in her first work, like guiding their Guests in
Hotel providing them the best experience that they deserve in entering in their
Hotel. She always puts her efforts to perform and do her job wisely.Sarah Mae
believes that we need to do efforts to be able to reach our goals in life. Proper Time
management is one of the key to be successful and always be a down to earth
person and respect one another.
