We would like to inform you that permission is hereby granted to our son/daughter ROWSIENA T. REBALLOS, to
participate in the WORK IMMERSION which is a requirement for the Senior High School Program, ACADEMIC TRACK-
GENERAL ACADEMIC STRAND that will cover 80 hours and will be RED CROSS OF THE PHILIPPINES- ABRA CHAPTER,
located at Zone 6, Bangued, Abra from March 18, 2024 to April 02, 2024.

We are aware that the immediate superior within the company will take all necessary precautions to keep the
students safe. The Work Immersion Teacher will also be there to periodically monitor the performance and safety of the
students.

However, we will not hold Abra High School and RED CROSS OF THE PHILIPPINES- ABRA CHAPTER liable for
any untoward incidents that are beyond their control.
