No.2217) New Delhi ‘A Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) was signed on 01.02.2019 (Annexure-I) between the Management of the Food Corporation of India, Headquarters, New Delhi and Bhartiya Khadya Nigam Karamchari Sangh, (Regd. No. 2217), New Delhi recognized at National level for revision of pay scales, allowances and fringe benefits of Category- II! & IV employees on Industrial dearness allowance pattern for the period from 01.01.2017 to 31.12.2026, subject to approval of Government of India(GOI). The GOI has conveyed its approval to the said MOU subject to the conditions stipulated therein vide communication No.17012/5/2017-FC-III dated 07.08.2019(Annexure-Il). In. this said communication it is further stipulated that in respect of annual increment on 01.01.2017 itself after fixation of pay on 01.01.2017, DPE has been requested by DFPD to provide clarification which is still pending. The bunching of pay seale which is part of MoU dated 1.2.2019 has not been considered by Govt of India as conveyed vide letier dated 7.8.2019. On the request of Union, the issue will be referred to Gow of India. Pursuant to the said approval of the MOU by the Government of India vide communication dated 07.08.2019, the Management of Food Corporation of India and the representatives of Bhartiya Khadya Nigam Karamchari Sangh do hereby agree to abide by the clauses of the aforesaid Memorandum of Understanding in terms of the approval of the Government of India to be termed as Memorandum of Settlement, Signed by the parties named on this 1" day of October, 2019 at FCI Headquarters, 16-20, Barakhamba Lane, New Delhi.
