In this regard, it is informed that DPE vide OM dated 03.08.2017 has issued the pay revision guidelines for Executives and Non-Unionised Employees of CPSEs w.c.f. 01.01.2017 which, inter-alia,has the provision of bunching of pay. However, in case of workmen/unionised supervisors, there is no such guidelines on bunching of pay. Such matter in these categories of employees are dealt as per the wage settlement between the Trade Union/Association & the ‘management of the CPSE concerned. 3. Further, DPE issues general guidelines in respect of CPSE employees and implementation of the same rests with the administrative Ministries/Departments of CPSEs concerned.
