QUESTION

Pakomi resides and works for gain at Kwemsala Village, Ngulwi Ward within Lushoto District is
desirous of suing Boke who is dwelling and works for gain at Kwemalungu Village within Bombo
and Ngulwi Ward in Lushoto District for compensation of Tsh. 250,000,000/- being the debt
that Boke acknowledges to have been outstanding for more than two years now. Pakomi does
not know what he should consider as determinants of a place of suing among other procedures.
