Internal communication is really beneficial during Covid 19 for all the people. We know that a
whole new set of problems has been posed by the Covid pandemic that India is currently trying
to resolve. It has a severe influence on almost every society on earth.The aim of internal
communication is to provide an efficient flow of knowledge between the people.

There was a lack of physical proximity in covid times that had an adverse effect on a lot of
people. Many people have opted to connect via email or messages or video conference with their
clients or customers.For Example My father T.S Ajith is an advocate and it was really hard for
him to meet clients in person amidst the pandemic . Being a member of the bar council, he had to
travel a lot to attend meetings but covid crisis made it really hard and the meetings were held
through video conferences . Email really helped my father to send authentic mails to ensure that
the message reached the client at the right time. The case documents were forwarded to my
father through emails.Internal communication has continued to grow and provides benefits that
any other modes of communication clearly do not.

Internal communication helps to share information among people.It helps to maintain customer
or clients interaction in challenging times. We can satisfy the customers wants and needs and
also work efficiently with the help of internal communication.
