1. Define Globalization (10 pts.)
Globalization refers to the movement of people and economy towards the improvement of
technology, household, and opportunity in which can affect the global world. It is the transition from
the newer and more efficient ways of living or lifestyle. Globalization plays a role in changing
people’s way of doing something consistently. The culture evolves as the globalization takes place. It
also helps people grow better in many ways such as being productive in the work. The globalization
is also the reason why the modern era also known as technology era emerge because people
adapted and absorbed the changes that the globalization did to our society. It is the one that holds
the people together and delivers them to a more civilized environment.

2. Why is the knowledge of Globalization important especially now in the time of COVID? (20 pts.)
The knowledge on globalization is important especially now in the time of CoVid because it can
help us understand better our current situation. What that means is that, globalization helps us
communicate with everyone we needed not just our relatives fron far away places. The technology
brought by globalization is very useful for everyone one of us and Is a very crucial tool in the time of
pandemic. For example, contact tracers can track our devices in order to inform or warn us about
people whom we’ve faced with might have the virus. The production of CoVid vaccine is possible
because of globalization. Many countries and states all around the world receive vaccines which
helped them fight the virus. There are lots of useful benefits in having knowledge in globalization
because it is being the key and way why communication between one another is possible. Because
of that, many people were given care and attention amidst the war against CoVid. It is crucial for
people to be informed about the globalization as it can help them understand the Curren situation.
For example, there’s people who dislikes getting vaccinated because of many personal reasons and
they say this because they don’thave the knowledge in globalization. We must inform them that the
globalization brought us the vaccines which can help us protect ourselves and fight from the CoVid.
We must take vaccines as it will help us recover from the costs done by the pandemic to our
livelihood.
