How to check the result for your visa application

1. Go to: https://sutramiteconsular.maec.es/ or Scan QR code:

2. Choose “Acceso por Resguardo”

Tipo de trámite (Choose "Solicitud de Visado")

Identificador (Enter the number on your receipt)
Año de nacimiento ( Year of Birth, e.g. 1980)
Escriba los números (Enter code shown on the right)

3. Then, click “consultar trámite”

4. If it shows RESUELTO, it means decision is made. You will only know the result when you
come to pick up your passport in person, showing the original receipt, from the NEXT
WORKING DAY. Office hours: 09:00-13:00, Monday – Friday.
